As new, simply stunning printed chiffon dress. 2 pockets and matching scarf. Very elegant. Pit to pit is about 20 inches The circumreference of the wrist is 8 inches. (If you want to widen this there's about an inch of space for us crafty people). Waist very stretchy, stretches up to a 16 or 18. Length of dress is 47 inches. I'm a 14 and Fits nicely but im flat chested. I can't do this dress justice. Open to offers!
