Stunning set of 3 antique "Bumblebee" or "Target" glass buttons.
These buttons feature a distinctive domed glass center with horizontal black and yellow/cream stripes, set into a blackened metal frame. They have a great weight and a lovely aged patina. Based on the construction and loop shanks, these are likely from the late Victorian or early Edwardian period.
Design: Black and yellow striped glass (Bumblebee/Target style)
Material: Glass center with a ferrous metal housing (strongly magnetic, as shown in photos)
Size: Approximately 18mm to 20mm (see photo next to a quarter for scale)
Backing: Integrated metal loop shanks
